access, change and modify times of a file in seconds
past the epoch (1 January 1970).
This is useful for making decisions in shell scripts.
- convert reference database files
from one format to another. Formats supported include
Medline, refer, Reference Manager, Ovid.
- shellscript to check the modify time of a file compared to a timestamp
written into the file. This is useful for comparing system time against
a fileserver time.
- a program to split long lines but only at word breaks.
- unrtf converts rtf files to other formats. HTML output is the most
well developed, but support of Tex and text output is available.
